@n1i2z3a4n5 - Highly disagree. I don't think it plays like many modern shooters at all. There are some similar elements, but the gameplay is definitely different at it's core.
@notorious98 @Bumblebee1138 @BravoOneActual - This video was produced simply to show the graphical improvements of the port. Not to snub the Vita, or degrade it in anyway. We thought it was cool to show them side by side just incase people were curious.
@gjozefi - Having cut this feature, I can tell you, everything you see if from the first few hours in the game. There may be some mild spoilers, but it won't ruin it for you. Certainly hasn't for me.
Personally, I agree with Tom. However, I'm also 33 years old. A Link to The Past was my favorite Zelda, but I was 12 years-old when I played it. Every time I revisit ALTTP, I am immediately reminded of my childhood, and the feeling that overcame me when I was first introduced to the SNES and the 1st Zelda game for that system.
So, naturally, because of my age, and what I am familiar with, A Link Between Worlds speaks to me. It's a true, honest sequel to A Link to The Past, featuring many of the same characters and even the same map.
Previous 3D world-based Zelda games, like Ocarina & Skyward Sword are not bad....they are just different. I don't feel the same when I pick up a game like Twilight Princess and play it. There is just something magical about A Link to The Past & A Link Between Worlds that brings back that nostalgia that I am longing for.
