If you want an online game i would suggest Star Wars Battlefront Renegade Squadron however you need a wireless internet connection to play online. I just got socom FTB2 but haven't played it much yet so i can't say how the online is but that is supposed to be great online as well. If you like fighting games and want a game that will last you a long time and you will get your money's worth then get Tekken Dark Ressurection.
I used to think that xbox failures weren't a problem untill today when mine broke.:( However, besides that i would suggest it. it has te best online play and a very large library of games to chose from
