I am trying to complete the "destroy the pipeline" mission in Bowa Seko but there is some clown mortar launcher guy on an island who is killing me (literally). I've made it to the island but can't find him. He appears to be up on a rocky outcropping but I always die before I can get up there. Any suggestions?
