Yeah, confirmed for PS3, but the official wording "destined for the PC, 360, and PS3" makes me think it won't be launched at the same time. I wouldn't be suprised if MS had bought rights for launch exclusivity. Just speculation on my part, though.
I didn't get in. Downloaded the theme but I guess that wasn't enough. I haven't bought anything on the store except everyday shooter and everything associated with Super Stardust HD. I'm guessing that's why I didn't get in.
Do you still only have to back up game saves? Does it save downloaded games from the PSN? Wireless settings? Pictures/Music? I can't imagine it saves all that, thats what the hard drive is for.
I don't even think about buying "fighting" games, but this may perk my interest enough. Playing as Kratos is so much fun in the GOW games, it would be cool to see implemented in a brawler.
I wonder if the "other" machine would get something similar - Master Chief? I can't think of anyone as cool as Kratos on that version.
I might buy a second one some day, just to have another blu-ray player for both floors in the house. However, this won't be for quite a long time. And would almost definetly require another price drop.
Everyone seems to be dissing it, but I thought Bioshock was great. Probably my favorite game on the 360 (over Halo3, Gears, Oblivian). But to each their own.
I doubt I would rebuy it on the PS3, though, unless it came with a wealth of new material.
In my opinion, it's probably the best PS3 exlusive so far (Resistance being great too). However, I'm sure quite a few disagree with me. The motion controls for Kai take some getting used to.
Looks great. I have the game but haven't played it yet (finishing up Uncharted). I usually prefer 3rd person games so I'll be sure to give this a shot.
I wasn't very exited for it so much at first, but after the demo and great reviews I decided to give it a shot. I'm a little more than an hour into it, and I'm not overly impressed so far, but not really disappointed either. I'm hoping it gets better as it goes.
