I have to do a debate in school tomorrow and I have to have a rebuttal speech and cross ex questions.
The topic is Justice does not exist (in the judicial system and prisons in the U.S.).
I'm arguing negative, that justice does exist in the U.S. I have a good constructive speech, but I have no idea how to do the rebuttal speech. It needs to be around 3 minutes, and I'm confused. I also need some cross ex questions. Can someone help me?

I want to get a GTX 460 video card, and plan on getting SLI but I don't really get how SLI works. If I get a different brand GTX 460, superclocked or whatever, will it be compatible with another brand GTX 460 that isn't superclocked? Will there be performance issues?

[QUOTE="C_Rule"][QUOTE="lxseto"]thanks guys 1 mo question should I get 2 SLI GTX 460, or a single GTX 470 or 480. What would be the best bang for the buck? also, what else should I upgrade besides the graphics.

Depends how much money you want to spend tbh. 2 460s will be faster and cheaper than a single 480 and an overclocked 460 is nearly as fast as a 470. If you have the money to spend, get two 460s. Nothing else needs to be upgraded, overclock the CPU and you'll be good for a while.

hmm, what about an overclocked 470?

[QUOTE="lxseto"]I never understood how overclocking worked. If I do OC, I'll probably get liquid cooling. I'm wondering how liquid cooling works though. Is it only for the processor, or can you hook it up to your ram(can you overclock RAM?) and stuff? Also, my computer is almost 2 years old, so I don't know if messing with the hardware will be worth it. Will . also, if I get a new graphics card, will it be compatible with my mobo? My graphics are ddr3, but the gtx 470, and hd 6870 are DDR5. ferret-gamer
You dont need water cooling just get a decent air cooler. A new graphics card will be fine there is no problem.

oh, alright, thanks! any suggestions on what graphics card to get? should I do SLI, or get a single card?

No point in upgrading that PC right now, its still a pretty strong system.

Theres no point in going from a C2Q to an i7, my C2Q still keeps up with i7s. Just overclock the Q6600 to 3GHz+ and you'll be good for a while.

The weakest link would probably be your GPU, it's still good, but it may struggle a bit in some games.

I'd wait till next year when AMD and nVidia bring out new GPUs and AMD and Intel bring out new CPUs and see if you want to upgrade then. What you have now is more than enough to keep you going until then.

I'm upgrading my PC soon for black friday and I am quite confused on what to upgrade, if things will be compatible, and if it is worth it to upgrade. first of all my current build is: motherboard: evga nForce 780i processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 GhZ with arctic cooling fan graphics: evga GTX 260 896 MB DDR3 memory: 4GB(2x2) OCZ SLI RAM DDR2 hard drive: 500 GB western digital power supply: 750 watt pc power and cooling case: coolermaster CM690 nvidia edition OS: windows vista ultimate 64 bit I'm currently thinking of upgrading my mobo, cpu, graphics, and ram. right now I'm thinking of an i7 cpu(which one?), gtx 460, and 3x2 gb ddr3 ram. I'm clueless about what motherboard to get. so, any suggestions about those? my budget is ~500$ also, someone wants to buy my pc right for 400$. Is that a good price? What is a good price? if I do sell my PC, please give me some suggestions on a completely new build that's noticeably better than my current one for

it is legal in some states, but not in some. in some states your life needs to be in danger for it to be justified. if the guy is unarmed, you could be charged for manslaughter.
