I have to do a debate in school tomorrow and I have to have a rebuttal speech and cross ex questions.
The topic is Justice does not exist (in the judicial system and prisons in the U.S.).
I'm arguing negative, that justice does exist in the U.S. I have a good constructive speech, but I have no idea how to do the rebuttal speech. It needs to be around 3 minutes, and I'm confused. I also need some cross ex questions. Can someone help me?

[QUOTE="lxseto"]I never understood how overclocking worked. If I do OC, I'll probably get liquid cooling. I'm wondering how liquid cooling works though. Is it only for the processor, or can you hook it up to your ram(can you overclock RAM?) and stuff? Also, my computer is almost 2 years old, so I don't know if messing with the hardware will be worth it. Will . also, if I get a new graphics card, will it be compatible with my mobo? My graphics are ddr3, but the gtx 470, and hd 6870 are DDR5. ferret-gamerYou dont need water cooling just get a decent air cooler. A new graphics card will be fine there is no problem. oh, alright, thanks! any suggestions on what graphics card to get? should I do SLI, or get a single card?

Theres no point in going from a C2Q to an i7, my C2Q still keeps up with i7s. Just overclock the Q6600 to 3GHz+ and you'll be good for a while.
The weakest link would probably be your GPU, it's still good, but it may struggle a bit in some games.
I'd wait till next year when AMD and nVidia bring out new GPUs and AMD and Intel bring out new CPUs and see if you want to upgrade then. What you have now is more than enough to keep you going until then.
