@vespuche: For this review, I definitely recommend you should buy it. Thank you for checking out my reviews, it means a lot that they are actually getting a response from people. I have always been hesitant when wanting to put a grading system, obviously numbers is hard, 1-5 OR 1-10, will a game ever get a 10? If it gets a 10 then do I put in the bad points? It just gives too much for the review to be put down if people disagree with the score...but I never thought of a buy/pass/sale system..that seems reasonable...perhaps one I could use or base one on, thank you for the suggestion, and i'll try implementing it in future reviews :)

@davillain-: I also caught the leak last night and wrote about it in my blog, so ai would have been shocked if they didn't announce a new game. I guess for myself I would just hope that there is enough new features to seperate it from previous games, like I wouldn't want the only new thing about the game to be just the new generation of Pokemon. I think that because Nintendo are wing tight lipped about the NX it'll be a little while till we hear confirmed titles. I do really like the fact that they have decided to sell the original games on the eShop though, not just for being able to use original Pokemon in Sun and Moon but for younger people to experience the game I played as a child without having to hope they can dig out an old game boy from somewhere

@Big_Red_Button: I kind of agree with you, It'd be cool if it was majorly rebooted and didn't play the same as it always has. Or for game freak and Nintendo to introduce a new IP... But I guess it's big news mainly because the game celebrates its 20th anniversary this week and of course because of nerd leaks finding the leaked information yesterday...That being said, Pokemon obviously has a formula that sells and at the end of the day Nintendo is a company that makes money

@EvanTheGamer: Unfortunately as of now I don't know the answer to your question, Nintendo didn't release too much information, they just said that it'd be possible but that's good news in itself :) And hopefully they will have sorted out the 3D issues for the new game :)

@gooch4011: Thank you for checking out the review, if you want to see more, I run a blog on lvlupsite.wordpress.com or alternatively lvlupgaming.blogspot.com.

The original game was one of the first games I played as a kid and I have had a love for it ever since, I highly enjoyed the remake and I feel more remakes like this should be done for old classics. It's unique to me and stands out today in a market dominated by first person shooters and online based games. Not that I have an issue with them. Just refreshing to pick up and old game and experience it in a new light :)

@employee427: I guess that kind of resembles what you like in games, and that's ok. I mean, with myself personally, I go through phases of the type of game that I want to play, sometimes majorly story driven, sometimes co-op online, sometimes short and simple not too based on story, sometimes JRPG, sometimes and action open world RPG like Fallout. For me this game was short and simple, had a pretty interesting story with some pretty unique fourth wall breaking mechanics, and I'm not a person who is too fussed about graphics as long as I enjoy the game. Although that doesn't mean I don't appreciate beautiful graphics. Each to their own I guess, not every game will be a hit with every player, but there are also hundreds of thousands of other games to satisfy everyone's needs. But for me, this game could have easily been made for the Gameboy Advance back in the day, that's the type of graphics it reminded me of, and that was what I liked about it, a modern day throwback.

@MirkoS77: Thank you for checking out my review, it means a lot that it's getting good responses and that I can help people to choose to play a game, whereas they may have not done before :)

@LuminousAether: I think if the game gave more freedom and fully utilised the abilities it gave you it would have went a long way in making it a better overall game. But as you said, not a game that makes you regret playing it
