@erix43 First up, no need for caps. If we're reading your post we can 'hear' you just fine. Second, UMD are an outdated medium. They slow down loading time and probably cost more to produce. It was fine for when the PSP released all those years ago but flash memory is just more affordable now. If you still want to play the old PSP games then look for them on PSN. I love Monster Hunter Freedom Unite on UMD but I'm going ahead and buying the PSN version through amazon for cheap. I think it's worth it. Also, the proprietary new game cards are probably to cut back on pirating. Money spent on a developer for a good product is a vote to promote more games that we like.
