Well I see what your saying but this article makes it seem like it's a big deal and someone complained. The fact that they don't have the rights for the number means they should be taken out anyway and I can see how Naughty Dog would want to correct their mistake since this was not what they intended. They are developers where everything they put into their game is well thought out and intentional. So it's good they are fixing the mistake but it still makes me mad that people are making it a big deal by reporting on this. Articles like this are the problem I have with the news. This is not news and this article benefits no one to know this information except Gamespot who now got hits and paid by their advertisers for what amounts to a useless article.
Ellie looks nothing like Ellen Page. The eyes, nose, mouth and jaw line are all different. So basically her whole face looks different. They are only vaguely similar and aren't even noticeable until someone points it out. It's exactly like when someone points something out in a photo and then you can't see anything but that anymore. Ellen needs to get over herself too. She's ugly and they could/should have gotten someone way better.
How exactly was Naughty Dog supposed to know that the map was an artist rendition exactly? Did he have his name and the copyright symbol anywhere on it? I don't think so. So he is beat because he only has the copyright if his name and copyright are actually on the thing. All maps are artist renditions anyway. No matter what map you look at some artist ha to make it so they are all artist renditions. That guy needs to get over himself. How lazy of an artist can you get anyway. Oh look at me I made a "rendition" of a map. That's like saying "hey look at me I made a direct copy of something but i'm claiming i'm an artist". There is no artistic value in this guys supposed "artist rendition" OF A MAP.
Seriously? It's a mature rated game. WTF is wrong with people? It even says "PEST CONTROL" it doesn't say anything about phone sex. Who the hell would dial these numbers anyway? The only way anyone would know that they are phone sex numbers are obviously people that already know what the number is and what it's for since the game says it's for pest control. So the people that complained about this should think about that before opening their mouths. They've proven they are pervs. The only way this could be a valid point is that Naughty Dog doesn't have the rights to use those numbers so it should be taken out for that. I think that was the original point but of course somebody has to make it a point to complain about them being phone sex numbers. But again, who would actually dial these numbers anyway? It's a game, a mature rated one at that. People need to get over themselves and find something better to do than starting this stupid sh*t. Hell like Chris Christie is worried about violent video games when he should be worried about the fact that he is a fat gluttonous *sshole. I'm really looking forward to this and I agree with you. People need to shut up and stop being stupid, idiotic, retarded, dull, dumb, handicapped from the neck up mental midgets. The game is pre-alpha even if it was just alpha the game isn't finished so people need to stop bitching and complaining about a game that isn't even finished yet. At least he's letting everybody see what he's doing.
With that said you sound like one of those people that for some reason thinks they can do better then a developer at their job and yet I'm sure you don't even know what a register is. All the people complaining that it doesn't look like it has many more features then the mod do have a point. Once the game is in alpha it is pretty much finished. When the game moves out of alpha all of the parts of the game that are going to make it into the final build are going to be there in some form or another. Although those components might not be the final versions it will be feature complete though and since what you see in this video is supposed to be pre-alpha it's not going to have too many things (if any) added. It will still need polish and all of the art assets aren't necessarily in place. So basically what you see in this video is pretty close to the final version it will just be way more polished hopefully and have (maybe) a few more features. So the people saying it hasn't changed much have a very valid point. Even though I'm looking forward to this and it looks really fun to me I am still asking myself how is this going to be better then the mod besides being standalone. I think that the people complaining just don't get it and there is very little hope for them because if you don't like this you have to be off your rocker.

You sound like someone (the many) that hasn't played it and is just believing what you've read about it and you decided to take a cheap shot at Blizzard because they somehow wronged you in one way or the other. For one you said "u" instead of "I" when you said that also if you had played Diablo III you wouldn't be taking cheapshots at it because if you bothered to play it you would have seen that it is one of the most polished and glitch free action-rpg games out right now. Obviously they had trouble with the servers at first but once that got cleared up the game was awesome. If you are complaining about having to always be online you have issues because i'm sure your always online now. I'm sure had you played it though you would be one of those people that plays at work when your supposed to be working and that;s why you got mad about the always online. To criticize about not showing there games off is absurd. Blizzard likes to make the games they want to make the way they want to make them. They don't want idiots trying to give them advice on how to make a game. They don't need the advice of idiots that think they know better telling them how to make a game. Want to know why? Because they are one of the most successful developers of today. Without them you wouldn't even be enjoying the games you enjoy today. Blizzard and a few other devs changed the landscape of gaming forever. So while I agree that people need to stop criticizing a game that isn't finished the fact is that you did the same thing to Blizzard. Do you think you can do better?
Just kidding. This looks awesome. I can't wait. I've never got a chance to try the mod but judging by some of the comments it's probably better that I wait for this fixed up version anyway. Speaking of comments, is it just me, or is it that every single article on gamespot is filled with about 90% baseless complaints? It's like nobody knows how to type with out talking tons of shit on here. I think the world would be a better place if we could just wipe out all the idiots on here.
I am really torn. On the one hand Microsoft has all the good games but they have their stupid DRM and on the other hand Sony has no good games and no stupid DRM. I think I would still rather have a system that I'm actually going to want to play the games that it has coming to it. So I'm sticking with Xbox ONE. Even with the DRM at least I'll have games to play. Sony has 1 good exclusive and that the abe's odysee remake. That's said when your best game is a remake. If I bought a Ps4 I might not have to worry about 24 hour checks but I won't have any games to play so even if Sony had DRM I wouldn't have any games to check against it.
Somebody doesn't own a 360. You don't need to pay to go online with your 360? You need to pay to play multiplayer. If you choose not to pay then you can just have a silver account and the only thing you can't do is play multiplayer. You can still download games, demoes, arcade games, game updates, and everything else you need to do. You just can't chat or play multiplayer. Get your facts straight before touching the keyboard next time or maybe use the keyboard to do some fact checking to make sure you don't look like an ass. BTW what happens to all those games when you aren't a playstation+ member anymore. Did somebody say "you lose them"? Why do you think i'm not a playstation+ member anymore. I couldn't pay one month and lost all my free and discounted games. Good luck with that.
