@romeothebeast: im betting it comes out they make the devs do games for it and the original X1 for like 1 year and then say, yes now we are moving 100% to the new system, games will be optimised 100% for it and not the original anymore accompanied by a small price drop

@titang1: with the die shrink its probably going to be the same jaguar cores just clocked a little higher and with the space they save they will cram more stream processors in it, and MS seems to not mind losing a LITTLE every console they have put out they end up losing 50 to 75 they make it back on game sales and licensing fee,s

@titang1: 399 instead of 250 would be another 150 bucks they can pay amd for the chip, and let me tell you something, amd stil needs the business so bad MS probably got a pretty good deal on the chips, especialy when they told amd ya over 3 or 4 years will be like 20M+ from you
