A more challenging game. I'd like the option to play on a harder setting at a minimum. The combat is great and could easily scale with your level keeping it a challenge. They could also make using consumables take time, making it more risky.
Skill stifling also prevents mages and sorcerers from casting spells. Make sure you bring cures for petrification and stifling at all times. Those are game changers.
I was level 38. I was surprised that the main game was over that quickly and how easy it was for me to win. I didn't die once fighting the dragon. At least the everfall was more challenging for a while.
God's bane is a dagger dropped by the dragon that removed your heart. It can only be used to kill yourself, which is the fasted way to reload a saved game.
They really do need more high end content. I hope it gets here soon. The game is fun, but pretty short. I've gotten every possible ur dragon drop several times over and I have nothing to do with them- except kill him again...
When you jump down the everfall, the chamber of lament will be the one with a single horizontal pillar over a lighted walkway. Once you see it, you can't miss it. If you land on the chamber of tragedy, just jump off the stairs and hug the wall. Lament is right below it.
There is one more quest and boss to beat for NG+ to open up. The everfall has 15 dungeons that respawn to explore. The best loot in the game is there. I've spent over a month just farming everfall for gear and fun. The ur dragon is in one dungeon. It's the hardest boss of the game and drops the best loot. You have to complete a quest to meet the final boss of the game that opens up the ng+ option. I haven't done that yet, but have the option at any point. I personally, don't see much of a point in ng+, so I'm hanging in everfall for now.
I won't do another round of Elder Scrolls if the combat doesn't drastically improve. With DD and Dark Souls light years ahead, it's just not fun anymore.
