im not a big scoped sniper fan....id rather just charge in with a thompson or a MP-40......But for my use id take a m-15 carbine....no scope but a semi-auto rifle wit 15 shoots beats out a scoped bolt action rifle any time

Enemy at the gates was a good movie, if we count mini-series then band of brothers. That was an amazing story. A bridge to far is pretty good ( all about operation market garden) not much any more that come to memory....i hear that Das Boot is a good movie(all about U-boats i believe)i havent deen it though. Theres more I just cant think of them

i rented it
not worth it
the games story makes no sense. Your a russian sniper who is undercover as a german sniper BUT is shoot at by both sides (russian and german) and must kill both sides (even his comrades).
the third person view isnt to good and it has a bad camera with some stuiped angles

[QUOTE="Crovax20"]

I'd really love to see a new BF1942 with updated graphics, bigger more immersive levels and more cover!

Hell same goes for a lot of those other "older" wwII shooters like the early MOH series...

I just wish for a new BF1942 for now.. Operation market garden map could have been so much better on todays computers/consoles

Iffy350

Bf1942 I can agree with! ! ! But please please never make a Medal of Honor game ever again! That series peaked with Allied Assault!

To true
I still have BF1942 on my computer.
i bought the box set with all the expansions and BF vietnam.
a remake with up to date graphics would be amazing

it depeneds on the situaion

in an anti-tank situation i would prefer a bozoka over a panzershrek
in a sniping postion it would be a scoped gewehr rifle
for handguns id want a lugger
for machine i got a mp-40
for a rifle it would be the garrand
