Depending on my cash follow is what I buy next. LOL!

- Pirates of the Caribbean at Worlds End for my son.

- Legends of WrestleMania for myself and my son.

- Fallout 3 "pending a price drop". I hate having to wait but I just can't justify pending that kind of money right now. Ahhh the life of a gaming family man. LOL!

If Ghostbusters was out I would have bought it already. ;)

Hey!

I just bought Lost Odyssey from Blockbuster for 20 bucks. I have been wanting to play a good turn based RPG for a while now. 'I haven't played one since FF7." I wasn't impressed at the way Gamespot here didn't do a video review onto it so it took me a while to find some videos and reviews to make up my mind, but I decided to grab it. 'It was 20 bucks cheaper at Blockbuster than at EBGames." Anyways, the game play is great and the system menu is very easy to understand, navigate and use overall. This is a small but I think crucial feature as alot of RPGs tend to over complicate I find. The battles are very standard as far as turn based rpgs are concerned. The visual effects during battle are great whether your swinging a sword or casting a spell. The story line has been pretty good so far. Nothing extremely epic like Crono Trigger, FF3 or 7 but it will keep you playing and wanting more. Kaim's dreams involve alot of reading but I really find myself captivaded by the stories and start feeling for this poor guy. Overall this is a great game so far, not as epic as FF3 or Crono Trigger "which if you haven't played yet you need too, they are a huge part of the foundation of turn based rpgs" but too good for any fan of turn based rpg players to pass up. Only problem, turn based rpgs are somewhat of a rarity on this console but there are a few others. Blue Dragon comes to mind and i believe its a turn based rpg as well. I haven't heard alot about it but I know its from the same developers that made Crono Trigger. Like I said, so far I am enjoying it and I hope you are too. :)

Everyone who posted in this thread just to criticize the OP are over crucial tools. Dude just asked a question, it's no big deal. So what if it's to up his user level or he just wants some help deciding something. Who cares! It's douches like you people who point outgrammatical errors andpunctuation mistake in posts as well. Get a grip and stop ruining people's posts. Anyone who does this aspires to reach a whole new level of douchbagery and I hope they enjoy their stupidity cause it will at one point be painful.

True. The new Ghostbusters game to be released is proof of that. The Wii version that is going to be released was the straw that broke the camel's back for me to go out and buy a 360 so I could play a good version of it.

Hey.

I had the same problem when the N64 came out. Trying to play Goldeneye was hard for me because everything I owned prior to that involved crosshairs. I didn't to enjoy Goldeneye as much as I could have. But like anything else, it took getting used too. For me, it was a little more practice than it was enjoyment but once I got the hang of it, especially having to work 2 analog sticks LOL, I was laughing. Besides, motion controllers are in the works for the 360 anyways. Not sure how it will fly, but it's on the way. One thing I will say though, and I do have a huge problem with this, is playing older games on my Xbox 360 with analog controls. Prime example, the Megaman Aniversary Collection. Playing games like that need real crosshair controls as they were intented to be played. I'm moving megaman, I go to jump over a hole only to find that I had been pushing down the whole time as well. So instead of jumping over the hole, I perform the slide action and drop right into it. Analog is no good for playing classic games on these new consoles. Thats one thing Nintendo did right with the Wii's classic controller, they didnt use analog controls arranged to look like crosshairs. As far as I'm concerned, controllers need both, especially when dipping into classic gaming.

Almost everything both him and Lo Wang "Shadow Warrior" says in their games is classic!

Hey guys... before you all crap your pants over it.. you should pick up a box and read the thing. I just bought it "The AV Cable" and it says right on the box.. not meant for video game images... meant for music, videos and pictures. When I try to play a game while its connected to the TV it says the following message: (To display this screen on a connected device, you must be connected using a component AV Cable or a D-terminal AV cable and you must output the video content in progressive format) I have the cable plugged in and the video set to progressive... so what am I doing wrong??? Is this the wrong cable for this, or is it not possible??? Beware guys.... this isn't everything that it promises to be.
