I think MS is still weighting the pros and cons. Otherwise they would announce one or other scenario long time ago as Sony did. I bet they wanted to have it in next xbox but after this whole heat they have some doubts.

@Shelledfade1 If this always-on thing will be in final product then I will say MS is a big time hypocrite. Because if this thing is so BAD then WTF is it doing in final product and why did they disagreed with Adam. MS will be then telling you without telling to ...deal with it.

I think MS want(ed) to implement it so they also think its not big deal. Adam just said it, it fired up many people so MS made tactical retreat, condemn Adam and its waiting to see how situation will develop. Let me say that not free online pass its also funny, not to mention paying for wallpapers. This is this wide functionality of new consoles? ;)

I bought it and finished it lately. Its VERY nice game visualy. But as you said, its not much of a progress as it was with C1. Some things like destructibility or freedom are even in regress. Overall its a mix of C1, C2 and ....HL2. The AI is too easy. When you make one BIGGGG (im refering to C1) game and then you want to sail on this brand with next titles without adding anything new then you may be sure customer satisfaction will be falling down. And I will put a cat among the pigeons....all nowadays fps titles are crap compared to HL2, FC, C1, F.E.AR.

@Fryboy101 @Ayzed Try is not enough. The same engine, although they call it new, but its nothing new from gamer`s point of view. The same gameplay, just a different hero and new weapons. And the same, easy combat mechanics. The whole idea repeated over and over again. Die by the Sword was innovative, the same goes for Severance Blade of Darkness.

Thats exactly what I expected....C2 with better graphics and same, quite good gameplay but weak AI.

Its about time to move game`s quality to the next level. After 6 years we are still at the same place we where when crysis was launched. Its still unbeatable, open world, visually stunning masterpiece. Hell, even HL2 with cinematic mod can be put right on shelves because it looks much better than MW3.

I saw just few gameplay videos of earlier live title but it looks so bad compared to 2K serie that I wonder why any NBA fan would like to buy it. They cant compete with 2K so far.

Sorry but I dont see anything revolutionary about this game. Sure it will be bigger, better more badas.. AC but thats all. Graphics looks really dated. Low res, low res textures, poor shadows...special FX...there is nothing like special FX in Crysis 1 that pushed our GPU to its limits.

If he want to make it worthy, impresive successor of D3 then he should make it for PC...and I mean high end PC. But from business point of view he should stick with consoles. There is also a compromise to wait for next gen consoles. The worst scenario is to make it for xbo360/ps3 because these machines place is already in museum.
