I bought both.  If you have to choose pick the system you will be on the most I would think.  

I have seen people who have the jp version all ready in the US so I don't think it is.

Steam allows you to download the game.  Not all games you get on steam require you to login to steam to play them.  Wow dude, you did like no research before posting.

The CCP actual forums are a good place.  Also that is the only place they will look.

I played through closed, open, and tried it on full release and I have to say its still the most LAG i have ever had in any fps.  Only game that does it.  Hope this fix it.

Any thoughts, I can not switch regions in my private game with out it crashing.

4 Large Maps, 4 Medium maps, and 4 ish small maps.  Seems pretty spread out to me.  If you want just a flat map with nothing on it that be boring.

I see same lag in MP that has always been there.  Im getting 1.9-5.0 K:D every round when the going is good.  But some times you get rolled.  Part of the game.
