@bestdad94: On plus side, all of the games that have ported from OG PSVR to PSVR2 have received upgrades (visual and gameplay).

Examples:

* Rez Infinite benefits from using eye-tracking for aiming

* Saints & Sinners controlled with VR2 Sense is better than Dual Move

* Pistol Whip benefits from haptic feedback and resistive triggers

Vast majority of such games are free upgrades. A few (I think just Rez Infinite and Tetris) have a small upgrade fee. An even smaller number require re-purchase (I think just Moss).

More OG PSVR continue to steadily release for the PSVR2, for instance, today Gorn got added to PSVR2 and it is a free upgrade.

The PSVR2 already has 50+ games.

Destiny will continue to make money regardless of how crappy a game design it is because people are easily addicted to grind games that feel like work / chore and they don't realize they can be playing much better more fun focused games.

Glad to see the reviewers are starting to get tired of these chore game designs since reviewers have benefit of playing much more fun games in between having to play these game themed online casino offerings.

@Dragdar The Wii U Gamepad just offers more control options. It doesn't have to be used in ways that detract from the experience. That said, the thing that really concerns me is that the Wii motion controls for most part were not used well and so I have no reason to believe that Wii U Gamepad will not have ill-conceived forced usage.

@RedLegZeff I was 100% positive that the Wii would be phenomenally successful with families after seeing Wii Sports. Enough to set aside money and buy stocks in the company which more than worked out for me.

I don't see that same type of success repeating with the Wii U, because I haven't seen a new compelling gameplay proposal that would succeed at that level.

I mean the Wii U tablet and Async Gameplay ideas have been tried as connectivity between Gamecube and GBA with games like Pacman Vs., Zelda Four Swords, and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. It was a tiresome gimmick for a fairly shallow gameplay experience in each of those cases even if they offered something new/unique. What I see is Nintendo not giving up on the potential of that idea and willing to bet that only way to make that concept successful on bigger scale is to bank a new console on it. The same way companies are willing to bank on new IP game proposals with big budget marketing when poised as launch software.

I think if Pachter believes the Wii's success was LUCK, then he is incapable of understanding the industry for which he is the "expert" analyst because he isn't even aware of nor looking at the contributing factors.

With all due respect, only fools should continue to believe this particularly useless mouth breather.

@Venatorcruiser I agree, but I am fine with it as long as sequel of Homefront will have more single player focus as well as longer campaign.
