Just forget this thing even exists for the next 3-6 months. Because that's how long it's going to take before A: the scalpers stop buying every system they can get hold of and B: there's anything actually worth playing on it that can't be played elsewhere.

So the scalpers are getting a resupply. Good for them. There aren't enough $1000 PS5s on Ebay.

The only thing you can do is not buy from them, and convince those you know to do the same. If they have no market, they will have no reason to scalp.

Of course, it won't work, since there will always be people willing to pony up. So in reality? No. There is NOTHING you can do about it. Accept the reality that some people are terrible, get over it, and wait until next year.

@3partan341: You can add non-Steam games to your Steam library, see them in your Steam launcher and organize them like any other game on Steam.

@m4a5: I went with GOG because it was either that or Steam, and it's DRM-free on GOG, so that sold it for me.

The scalpers beat you all to them, as they did the last time, as they will do again next week.

Honestly, if you don't already have one, forget about it until next year.
