Squall for me. He was kinda annoying at the start but I got used to him after a few hours.

Depends on the game. xD

If it's VI (Mog the party member) or IX (the mail moogles... just too cute and silly) then Moogles
If it's V or VII then Chocobos

They were both kinda weird in Chocobo Racing/Dungeon... I hated the archetypes they were put in. :/

I think the banner is really well done. The space is well used... Santa could have been bigger, but heck I like looking at the Chocobos anyway. :P

[QUOTE="Nimroc"][QUOTE="Somegamer"][QUOTE="Nimroc"][QUOTE="Somegamer"]

[QUOTE="255Loner"]Mine would be Kuja or Seymour. Who was Kefka?Somegamer

Kefka is the phsychotic clown and main villain of FFVI.

Kefka is no clown and he looks less like a clown than people may think when they look directly at him

I know he's not a clown in the circus or whatever but he dresses up like one.

Not at all
I can't see why every one thinks so but he doesn't.
If he would be standing next to a clown there would be very noticeable difference

You have a point there but I have always thought of him as a clown.

He didn't look too much like a clown in the game (save a few battles, like the one where you have to protect Tritoch). He looks a lot like a clown in the FMVs though. Probably because they used the original drawings by  Y. Amano as basis for what the characters look like. (I'm assuming this is also why Terra is blonde instead of green-haired :P)

I'd have to say Kefka. Not only is his character very well developed, he does acts that (as opposed to Sephiroth) are despicable and enraging, as well as evil and horrifying.

While Sephiroth is already strong, Kefka started as a mere soldier and became what he is thanks to backstabbing and mass murder.

SPOILERS!!!

I mean, it's not every FF villain that someone poisons an entire river just to win a battle. Or continually kills NPCs you have become attached to. (Yes, the death of Aerith made me extremely sad... but you got a lot more deaths in FF6, so I personally think it was a LOT worse) Or destroys entire villages just because he can. Or murders espers right in front of your eyes for their powers. (and keeps them in a lab for what, 20 years?)

And what I personally like about Kefka is, like Sephiroth you know he's the big baddie right off the bat. I hated the villains where they kept shifting between the controller and the controlled and then you just get an explanation of why the final boss is so evil. Seeing their evil acts firsthand made the final battle A LOT more fun. >:)

It was Final Fantasy Legend when I was nine. Though that's realy a SaGa game so I doesn't really count. xD

FFVII when I was ten. The game I had played before that was Secret of Mana so the graphics were just spellbinding. :D *sigh*

It was the transition from SNES pixels too full 3-D... FF7 looked like the most awesome game on Earth. :D
