Would you prefer it to have the same gameplay (turnbased)? Or something else?

I'd stick to the good old turn-based system.

You can't change perfection. don't even try. Leave it as it is. Just improve on the graphics. And maybe a few more enamies and attacks would be cool

Good to see everyone's still for turn-based.

I'd like some extras though, like additional limit breaks for Cait Sith, or answers to the mysterious key items (letter to wife, letter to daughter...).

the only thing they should do is add to what is already there. improve the graphics and add a truckload of extras so that the people who have played the game too often have somthing new to play with

if the re-make it I hope they stick with the materia system aswell as the turn-based fighting system and being able to choose between wait mode or active..

Don't forget my Movie and Music Materia (Key Ites: Bring it to Bugenhagen's observatory), a hard more, and maybe a specila costume for the characters... (The one in AC?)... Oh yeah, add additional limit breaks... 4-2, and more limit breaks for Cait Sith.

Movie and music materia... sounds great, just like in FFX. If that happens then I can readily delete some of my FFVII saves saved before some FMVs I like. :)

i say keep the same structure and system just add tons of more extras like more abilities, bosses, side-quests, costumes etc...

I would not call the turn-based system perfection.

I liked the system in FFX, where you could actually have time to think of what you should do, and change party members when you want.

I enjoy active turn-based FFs much more than the "Wait". It gives more excitement to me. "Wait" never gave me any "successful stories" or battles where I knew I was about to be gamed over and used whatever attack I thought up, then suddenly I kill the boss. Those kind of battles are memorable.

But the 'active' battles don't need as much tactics. For me, the battles should be more about tactics than pure luck.

Maybe the unincluded dungeons too, like that mysterios inaccessible place after the forest where you get Kjata (forgot the name). I think it's the one with a vine protruding on a rock but can't access it.

I've read all those unincluded things in some website.
