@Speranza318 so much ignorance in this post. perhaps you are mistaking realistic gun mechanics and accuracy for crappy hit detection. unlike other shooter games, battlefield weapons fire actual projectiles that are influenced by forces such as gravity. aside from bullet drop, guns do not fire with perfect accuracy wherever you point them. so if you played bf3, perhaps it was you that was crappy at aiming or understanding the basic functionality of the game, not the netcode. on a final note, let's brainstorm a better way to display health in a videogame. any ideas? i didn't think so. or instead of calling it retarded, you could play hardcore game modes which have no map, ammo counter, health bar, and you can die from 1 to 2 bullets. have a nice day.

This was devastating news for me. Aside from the fact that I bought they game early in 2005 and grew up alongside it, where are modern superhero games? We need this genre to survive. Despite all of CoH's mechanical flaws and impersonal lore, superheroes are iconic characters who represent all that is good and just in a society. Gaming industry, don't abandon modern heroism for marginally increased profit margins, otherwise you are just as sinister and the mastermind villain we try to combat in-game.
