The most awkward I've ever felt was at the start AC Brotherhood when our valiant hero Ezio returns from Rome (all Apple of Eden'd up) and is seduced by Caterina Sforza. The end product is a rather wooden, Thunderbirdsesque tumble in front of the window with his black-afronted armour looking on in shame. I honestly had to look away: awful.
Skyrim over all the right choice. Other shout outs to AC2/Brotherhood, Red Dead, Half-Life 2 (dunno if this counts) Portal 2, Borderlands 2 (lot of sequels in here) and Mr Drake.
@tgwolf Bravo tgwolf. Bravo indeed. I played this game in one sitting and it was honestly one of the most immersive gaming experiences I've had in a long time. The mood and look of it are absolutely beautiful and the sweeping "emotionally potent" score compels and stirs you to explore a wee bit deeper than you perhaps normally would do. The crescendo end sequence accompanied by the song "Apotheosis" is truly breathtaking and exhilarating. This is a game I constantly recommend to, well everyone I know who plays games. I listen to the soundtrack regularly and I'm well chuffed to see Wintory nominated.
@farcorners I could not agree more. What a game. Twice the size of it's predecessor and an absolute joy in terms of its gameplay and sense of humour. Belter!
