IF you want to, you can go to apples website and build your own mac, configure it and whatnot. if you choose the help option on word, and search for recovery or document in the box, i think you could try to find the file by following some of the instructions. Listen to the little paper clip guy. hes not as cool as microsoft bob, but he helps.
