I had to send my 360 away to get fixed. It had 3 flashing red lights so Microsoft sent me a box to ship it in. When my machine returned I discovered that it was not the machine I purchase in July of last year but an older one. This is a terrible plan. I would rather wait till my machine is fixed then to get an older machine with a DVD drive that sounds like its getting ready to take off. Has anyone else had this issue? I mean come on! I paid $399 for a machine. It should work for more then 10 months! Then to get someone else's Crappy box. This machine runs a lot warmer than my other one did.
