System link is the best way to play co-op. Left 4 Dead is my favorite co-op game because of this.

Yes. All fighters. Did you actually read the post?

yes...maybe kinda yea...no hmmm.

All good. Last fighting game I played online was MK Deception. Fun, but people always dropped out when they were losing and that was annoying.

There aren't many options at all if you disclude those four main genres. If your looking for unique competitve online MP arcade games would be your best bet. Games like Worms, Panzer General, Risk and Age of Booty are good examples.

Yes, XBLA games are usually great for MP.

Yeah, I got the new Magic game today for only 400 points.

Try assassin's Creed: brother hood. online you run around with a team assassinating players on the other team looking through crowds to find the right person and game modes are really fun. leveling system and earing expierence points and abilities as u level up and get beter. awsome online expierence. :D

I forgot about that one. I have played it and it was decent but didn't keep my attention long. Hopefully it starts a trend though.

I was all psyched for Battlefield 3 until I played the beta and was reminded at how bad I am, and therefore how frustrating I find, competitive online shooters. Unfortunately, it seems like if you want competitive online gaming action, the choices are limited to shooters, racers, sports games and fighting games, none of which are appealing, at least to me.

Wouldn't it be great to get some non-shooter, racer, sports, fighting competitive online games out there? I'd really like to see another game like Phantom Dust since it was unique and incredibly fun. Another great game would be something that imitated World of Warcraft's pvp battlegrounds. A game like either of these ideas would break the mold and stand out and, hopefully, be a lot of fun.

Anyone else feeling this way?

I know, that's why I did all the troubleshooting I can think off. I've tried all the ports on the 32 inch TV with both the 360 and PS3 using the same cable. The PS3 worked every time, but the 360 did not. I did the same with my 46 inch TV and the 360 worked fine. Just odd.

There aren't any problems with the HDMI cables your using? Or the port on the TV itself perhaps? Or maybe something is wrong with the port on the 360? Numerous possibilities here.

I have a very frustrating video issue and I hope someone can help me out.

I have a 46 inch tv, a 32 inch tv, and Xbox 360 and PS3. My issue is that for some reason my 32 inch tv and Xbox 360 won't work together today desite working together for years before. I've done all the trouble shooting I can on this issue but can't figure it out. Basically the Xbox 360 is set at 720p (so it could work with either the 46 in or 32 inch) and it currently connects fine to the 46 inch tv. Connect it to the 32 inch and nothing happens, just a blank screen. The PS3 connects fine to both TVs and the 46 inch works fine with both systems. I've tried all ports and all the HDMI cables I have, nothing gets the Xbox 360 and 32 inch working together.

I've connected the PS3 to the 32 inch tv then simply pulled the HDMI cable out of the PS3 and plugged it into the 360 an it won't work.

The issue seems like the times I've connected my PS3 to my 32 inch TV while the PS3 was still set to 1080p (no signal comes through). I've triple checked that the 360 is set to 720p but no go.

Anyone ever had this issue before? Any ideas? Please send PM if you have any ideas! Thanks for the help.

Basically it seems like I have a perfectly functional 32 inch tv and perfectly functional Xbox 360, they just don't want to work with each other.

Anyone ever had this issue before? Any ideas? Anyone know if its an issue with the tv or the 360? Thanks for the help.
