Same age (34) and I wish there were more platformers being made. I have grown tired of all the other genres at one time or another but I can always go back to the good old platformers at any time.
Quick question for those who installed to the HDD. Does the game still have the annoying stutter at the checkpoints? It sure seems to have alot of stutter at the checkpoints and it seems to checkpoint every 5 minutes. Don't want to delete off another HDD installed game if it doesn't make a difference. Thanks
This is MS's way of recouping some of the lost Live fees from all the bans. I'm sure a fair amount of the banned consoles did not renew the memberships.
Do you people not read posts on this forum or something? Over the past 12 months alone i have seen countless posts(not so much threads) claiming PC has few worthwhile exlusives, some claim no exclusives and many many have indeed claimed they would totally die out in the near future. Hell, i saw a few posts saying these things yetserday on a trhread, i forget which.

Nothing has changed from when console gamers claimed the PC has few "worthwhile" exclusives. They will still say it as will I. There aren't any PC exclusives coming out anytime soon that I am excited for. If you are not a fan of MMO, RTS, or RPG's, what exclusive is there to be excited for? My PC is basically an upscaling console for the multiplats.

If I had a new BMW and you claimed your happy with your 1990 honda accord and not interested in my BMW, again...I would easily see through you. The fact is that all these dime a dozen fast food console games that will come out in the next year will be played for a few months apiece and easily forgotten about, while Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 will be played by MILLIONS!!!!!! of gamers for years and years and years to come. What more proof of the quality gap could you possibly need?!?!
That's not a real good comparison though. The games you stated are not games that console owners would play or care about. Hell, I have a gaming PC and I am not interested in any of those. My PC is used for FPS and the better version of multiplats only.
