It costs 400,000 dollars in game cash just to PREP a vehicle for the low riders customization. Rock Star, you can suck my balls. I am officially done with GTA 5 and Online.

I was excited for this update, but after I rolled into Benny's hoping to customize my Albany Primo, I was promptly notified that it would cost 400,000 dollars just to PREP it for the new low rider customization options, I promptly left Benny's garage and turned off GTA 5.
