Just had the same thing happen to me with Mass Effect 3. Logged out, and tried my girlfriend's profile, she had a score and as soon as I got an achievement she was wiped to zero (well, 20 for unlocking an achievement). I think this is a problem across the whole network right now. I put in a support call and am in line waiting on the support chat. Hoping to hear back soon.
