I do not care for this as long as it allows for it to compete or intergrate with facebook games, enabling the console market to stay relevant and fresh.
I totally agree with the conclusion of this article. It would be cool for games like GTA and Red Dead to have not a Single player Campaign and Multiplayer modes that are based on the same map, but somehow integrate both into one big social gaming experience without detracting from the fun of a campaign. Also if they could somehow connect console games to Facebook leader boards, I'm pretty sure console games would become that much more popular.
Fable 2 sucked (although i didnt hate the filter) and Fable 3 was much better with better visuals, BUT there were massive slowdowns, pop ins, and tiny glitches that made it really annoying. Although i must say that the artistic style has been maintained which is great because it makes for a beautiful game especially combined with the music. Next game Open World? with mana and health bar? (so its not so friggin easy). And how 'bout you can have a save file to, cause i saved up 6,500,000 and I went straight to the battle without warning so i couldn't deposit all the money and everyone DIED. now there is absolutely no one in my game, i wasted my time making pies and i no longer have any desire to play.
