@metroid_dragon Game Informer and Euro Gamer also have some pretty good communities. I'm seriously considering a migration. Both are pretty strict viewers as well, Euro Gamer in particular.

I didn't watch the show until the end. I think I stopped about the 5 minute mark, maybe a little later. Frankly, I was pretty bored which the whole exposition turned rant.

Personally, I absolutely detest when Johnny tries to make a point out of anything. And this is primarily the reason why I think this show should probably wrap up. Since the theme change the tone got radically different, to the much, much worse (worst? spelling there).
Right now, it just sounds preachy and frankly, it is not really amusing. I've also seen him get a lot of points WRONG, I'm not sure this is a good example, but there were A LOT of people on the original thread on the GTA5 review making some very valid arguments about the "The Bad", which he casually glosses over because those are not flame-bait, and proceeds to "talk to us" like we were all retarded.
May sound like an "empty threat", but this was the last Feedbackula for me. I don't plan to visit this page anymore.
You created a show to glorify stupid comments, most likely motivating people to do stupid comments (not that they needed any motivation, but I definitely noticed an increase in "lack of cohesiveness" since the debut of this show).
Then you get pissed because some people are stupid and make stupid comments.
I used to greatly support, but nowadays I deeply laugh at the notion of Petit being a professional game critic when professionalism has constantly appeared to be the last thing on her mind.
No one is saying that there isnt stuff wrong with the game. Most of the rage comes from that fact that if you are going to call bullshit, call ALL OF IT. Including the murder, the theft, the drugs, the racism. ALL OF IT. Not just the part that bothers you. I have no fucking clue how that was intended to come off as professional.
Mixed feelings about this. That sort of detracts and detaches from the experience... Unless that is the intent, but I remember back in MGS1 where you had to survive or submit, as dying there had no continues. Pretty cool stuff.
I particularly would never want to DO the torturing, but if it is in a coherent enough context, I guess it could be explored to great effect. Sort of a mixed opportunity there. Implementing some degree of choice there would have been ideal... Alas.
As long as there is a way to unlock stuff without paying (even if it is not THE SAME stuff, but good, quality stuff nonetheless), I could really care less for the payed options.
I have plenty of self-control, which almost seems like a novel notion nowadays, weirdly.
