So I have this problem, regarding my sitting in front of a pc posture. I am a gamer, and I like games. Shooters, mostly. I play games like Battlefield and TF2, the ones that require precision. I've had this problem for a longer period of time now, maybe 2-3 years, actually ever since I bought myself a gaming pc. The problem is, that I cannot find a comfortable position for my hands to lay on a keyboard/table, so I constantly have to move my keyboard around. Also, I cannot execute full arm/wrist so I cannot aim with precision in all directions(tf2), all because I cannot comfortably fit my arms on the table without it feeling weird.
Anyone else feel like this? Anyone know what to do? I could use any help, because this is driving me crazy and making me want to quit gaming in general from the rage buildup.
Tried so far:
-descending and ascending the height of my adjustable chair
-changing the sensitivity of my mouse
-bought a mousepad for the skin of my forearm not to stick to the surface of my table
-asking other friends who play games
-stop playing in total for a while, hoping when I come back it will all be gone and I will be able to play normally
