Wait, so if I did have a steam account with billions of games then you would believe that I'm a PC gamer? Yeah, you're clearly not that intelligent. we've moved on from the steam account thing.

You should make it clear that PC isn't worth it in your opinion, because GS/MC/DF show otherwise factually speaking.

Like say "NOTE: JUST IN MY OPINION" Disclaimer in big red txt.

No, I'm not saying it's not worth it. I fucking love my build. It's definitely worth it...but at the end of the day, just because I spent 2 thousand dollars on doesn't mean I'm going to hang out on the internet and harass people with cheaper gaming setups. That's literally the entire point I'm aiming to make. If I didn't like Pc gaming then this 2K$ would just be a plastic contraption to me and I wouldn't know the value of it. The value of it is one I choose to give it based on my taste and subjective opinion/preference. There's no objectivity involved at all.

i like pcs and consoles too don't get why you can't like and own both...

You can. You should. I recommend it just as much as I would recommend a Wii and PS3/PS4. PC gaming comes down to just as much choice as your choice between an xbox 360 or PS3 last gen....don't let PC gamers belittle you or tell you otherwise, is my point.

it's really overrated. story is limited by the protagonist's thirst for some vjayjay and it get's really annoying. You're in a massive, beautiful map with millions of characters and elements and all of that is either completely ignored, or revolved around some girl.

Well this has been a good way to kill 30 mins at work.

Look at it this way: A PC can do everything a console can do (better), but a console can't do everything a PC can do. I can hook my PC up to my TV and play The Witcher 3 with a controller, but you can't hook up a PS4 to a Monitor and play with a Keyboard and Mouse. Or weird Arma 3 mods.

The TC said something about non-console friendly PC exclusives not being relevant to the argument. That is crazy. If Consoles are cars and don't need landing gear, the PC is a car that can also fly.

The only thing keeping consoles relevant are Sony and MS funding first-party developers to make games that aren't available on PC only because of legal agreements, not because those games aren't possible on PC. And it seems the number of these exclusives is dwindling, especially on the MS side with Phil Spencer blathering about integrating Windows and Xbox.

Hmmm no...the only thing keeping consoles relevent is that people want to play on consoles. People aren't stupid. I'm seriously trying to drive this into the skulls of hermits. It's possible, within one's autonomy to make a choice, despite awareness...if someone tells you he's doing something, take it for what it is. Don't try to work around it just so you can kick back and tell yourself you're intelligent. That's pathetic. The games are definitely possible on PC. Also all of you guys are full of shit. A lot of you still have windows 7 because you know how buggy the newer OSs are and yet you're sitting on your pretentious high horse saying you've never had any software issues. I don't care what system you're on. I've been gaming on PC for over a decade. PC gaming involves a lot of software managing. All the components on a gaming computer aren't always from the same manufacturer (not that it would even matter to begin with) so there's dealing with drivers and various versions of DX and VS common redists, and there're just as much patches as console games. Stop lying to youselves and to people.

Console gamers, if you can't afford to spend thousands on a gaming rig, don't beat yourself up. PC gamers are completely full of shit.

Also, I enjoy just staring through my case window panel just as much as I enjoy gaming on my rig. If you want the satisfaction of knowing you can crush anything out there then fine, but I promise you, you're not really missing out on much.

No I think it demonstrates how fallacious a lot of people think in System Wars. You associate things that aren't connected with each other so you can hide under some delusional sense of superiority, and then when you're exposed you get sensitive and start also connecting things that aren't relevant just to deflect.

Also someone mentioned the lots of games that are on PC over consoles, and i said most of those games were never designed to fit well on consoles to begin with so that's like saying airplanes have better landing gear than cars...and no one has any rebuttal for this yet?

LMAO I'm sorry everyone ended up proving my point while trying to argue against me. PC gaming has its advantages but it's seriously not even up to 1/4 as much as you guys make it seem. You spend thousands of dollars on hardware and then justify your purchase by picking on people who choose to game on consoles as if you're more intelligent than them. You're not. They chose to game on consoles because they can and because they want to. The same way I chose 3 video cards because I can and because I wanted to. Also, love how no one seemed to noticed all 3 cards even though I gave away a code for MGSV cause I had 2 to spare from buying all 3 cards.

Also, this is the most expensive gaming pc I've owned, and the first I've built for myself (not built in general). I've actually been into PC gaming for quite a while. But the point I'm making is that I know what brings me to PC gaming, and I know what brings me to console gaming...and the push/pull factors are just as dubios and subjective as the other.
