i HATE the friend codes with a passion they make me wanna pull my hair out! and it sucks some of the Fun out but hey at least the online is free i guess this is what we get for getting free online playajr101

HELLO PEOPLE!!! he just said "it will depend on the software and will have friend codes"

this means you can play in someone's animal crossing ds town with animal crossing wii graphics (or your charicter will turn into a form of ds graphics) but, what this means is, that this might be a way to contact certain people that you have met (on animal crossing ds all you have to do is go to the friend codes section of the menu ((while still playing with someone)) and just touch "add paul" or whatever the name of the person in your town was)

In new animal crossing and/or games there might be a central lobby where your charicters can talk to eachother (I still think nintendo will add a mic to the wii-mote) and then become friends. (I really think I should be on the nintendo players board
