GTX runs a lot faster than gts. However it is about $150 more expensive. Better off buying a GTS 640mb and overclocking it. overclocked GTS will beat stock GTX. But if you can wait a couple months, then wait for the r600 to come out, cos that will push down the prices, and then nvidia will also release their 8900/G81. So IMO if you want to buy one now then get a GTS. However DONT get a 320MB GTS cos that much memory is not enough to hold decent quality textures for true next gen games later on in the year and will perform badly. So GTS 640MB if you cant wait.
