Update , just got done installing , same problem , but i can use him as a practice dummy now.

Heya , i would post this on the KI forums but its a ghost town over there

So here's the thing , my brother is trying to get Fulgore in KT , but when he tries to open the market for him , it says "content not available"

Even if he exits out and go to the market place directly , it doesn't show it in the DLC section , and i don't see anyone else having this problem.

Currently im unstalling and restalling KT to see if does anything. any other advice? my bro just wants this one character.
