[QUOTE="Fightingfan"]Yes, I do it when people are in the room and don't acknowledge me. I also start narrating my life when I'm bored.pygmahia5lol like family guy? for real?
Yeah, it'll piss people off because I express myself 100% without thinking about it.
Example, I would say something like this "Damn, Karen's backin' some massive heat in those jeans".

 thats hilarious!!! i would love to hear someone do that.I don't address myself by name. If I use "you" instead of "I" it probably means that I'm not confident in what I'm doing at all, and I don't believe in myself. If I say it as if I'm being talked to by somebody else, sometimes it helps with the self doubt. Not usually though. I randomly speak in a british accent to my cat and whenever I'm bored or just feel like being british, and I think that's more alarming than a self-pep talk.XilePrincessAlarmingly cool.
I do stupid accents and vocies all the time, often to myself, so it better be cool or we're in serious trouble. :(

I do that. But the 3rd person thing is rare.
If by 3rd person you mean talk to yourself while looking at the back of your own head and slightly to one side looking over a shoulder then yes, I think its a problem.
if you sometimes say 'Oh feck *insert own name here* you shouldn't have done that!' then no not so much.

I do that for about a month after I watch a British sitcom/show, or sometimes a little Scottish gets in there after listening to Frightened Rabbit :P.
On the subject of talking to myself, I might have given myself encouragement or urging, but never have I addressed myself by my first name. That's just weird.
