@I_ArCh0n_I that's an argument that fundamentalists would have used for homosexiality some decades ago. you CAN'T give up your rights nor should the government be able to deprive you from them after prison. this is just invasive in a way that completely violates the actual purpose of fulfilling your sentence, you do so and avoid staying in jail to get your rights back pal.

@Lamesy @myungish you do control what to see though or what to listen to. they mere act of "controlling" your avatar doesn't really compare to "controlling" your body and watching a gore film or listening to music about rape and murder.

you can't restrict a person's civil rights unless they are in jail or mentally insane pal, it's kinda illegal. the funny thing with what you're saying is that the government's way of "making a point" is BY reducing your civil rights. we call this lovely process JAIL. If you've already been in prison and manage to fulfill your sentence then you SHOULD be granted ALL your rights back.
