the first one was awesome, then the expansions came out and didnt really impress me as much. the new factions were too different and lack some of the basic utility that the 2 core factions had. I hope they can deliver another awesome ww2 rts.
I only buy new, so this wont hurt me in any way. However, i dont buy alot of games, mostly because there are only around 4-8 games a yr that are good enough imo; the rest are just ok or crap not worth my time. For someone who likes to buy 10-20+ games a yr regardless how good they are (based on reviews, gameplay footage, etc), i can understand that buying used is the most cost effecient. I personally enjoy something alot more when its new.
ohh baby! if i didnt just buy a gtx 580 last oct i would jump on this. Ill wait another yr or 1 1/2 yrs. but by then the next series could be out. lol, I might miss this generation of cards.
Far cry 2's multiplayer wasnt good at launch. the multiplayer was lacking in that it after a match ended you were kicked out of the lobby and had to find a new lobby, and that it took forever to find a game and have the host start it .Maybe those issues were ironed out later, i finish the SP and moved on before finding out. I hope this game is a different story.
this is pathetic, Im saddened my fellow gamers would stoop so low, and for what? because a lady made a skip combat comment? Shes not some right wing crazy person trying to stop violence in video games, and even if she was.... theres no excuse for the responses she got. This is why i hate human behavior so much, because of stupid **** like this. Disagreements bring out the worst in some humans. when people feel their passion etc is threatened.. all decency goes out the window.
The mw2 teaser was more about hype, what was show in the teaser didnt blow me away. I think it would have been better to compare one of the reveal trailers of mw2 to this mw3 equivalent. Then yes i do agree im not blow away by the mw3 version because im not seeing any major improvement to the engine or storyline. parts of the trailer like the boat scene seem copy pasted from mw2. But most of all, everyone that watches this trailer knows in the back of there mind that infinityward doesnt have the same crew as before (and all the drama about that), and so we are reluctant to get excited for a new team that has yet to proove they can make a worthy cod sequel.
