I'm a 360 owner here actually. Well, I'm not sure it counts that I won it via the pepsi contest last year, but I do enjoy playing it. Enjoying FIFA World Cup Soccer, Gears of War, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance currently :)

I'm still around lurking :) I should try to make more of an effort to post and what not though. I've been gaming alot with my new Xbox 360 the last month or so. I won it from the Pepsi contest in November, and it's been alot of fun. So impressed by the graphics. If anyone else here plays it and wants to game online, my gamertag is same as my ID on the boards here, gysuperman. Cheers

So I was just browsing through some of the older posts on this forum, and I found this great topic, so I thought I would also chime in with my thoughts on completing games.

My goal with every game is to try and complete it.  However that can sometimes change throughout the course of me playing that game.  Depends on how much I really enjoy the game...because if I don't like the game that much, than I usually give up fairly early.

The most challenging games are often the ones that I try the hardest to finish.  And they also tend to be the more enjoyable ones for me as well.  KOTOR 1 & 2, as previously mentioned here, come to mind as great games that I completed a few times for each.

And I usually only try to use the net for Tips and Advice when I'm really stuck on an aspect of the game, or really confused.  A level or two from Splinter Cell comes to mind.

But overall, finishing a game is nice to aim for...it just doesn't always happen for me.  And now I'm playing two games on my XBOX that can take quite a bit of time, LOTR and Morrowind: Elder Scrolls.  So I won't be completing either of those two for quite a while now :)

Hi "gysuperman"! So glad u found our union. I also tried looking for such a union and it didn't exist, that's why I created it. :) Please make it your own, participate as much as you can. I really hope to make a nice safe-haven here away from the immature attitudes of some other online areas. :)

Toronto?! I LOVE Toronto! My hubby is from there and I'm madly in love w/ it. We are in Florida now and we both hate it and are just dying to move to Toronto (or "back to" in the case of hubby).

Welcome! :)

Thanks for the nice welcome laserone!  And yes, I do love it here in Toronto...although I would have to say that the weather down in Florida is alot nicer than the cold winters we get up here.  But the city here is a great one, always so many things to see and do.

And thanks again for this creating this forum :D

Hello fellow Adult Gamers :D  I'm glad I found this Union...as I had been hoping to find one like this!

I'm 30 years old, and from Toronto, Canada.  I've been gaming since I was a kid, and my wife still likes to call me a kid for how much I still enjoy gaming :P   And try as I may, I can never really get her hooked on playing the games with me!

I'm currently playing games on my Xbox, as my wife is currently forbidding me to purchase the 360...for now.  Just got Elder Scrolls: Morrowind, having an amazing time playing it.  I have a nice little Home Theatre Surround System that I've hooked up my Xbox too, and Morrowind sounds great.

The Home Theatre system is for my other home enjoyment, my DVD Collection.  I find it much more enjoyable to be able to experience the movie experience at home, with all the comforts and pleasures of being at home.

Well, I hope to contribute nicely to this forum, and look forward to chatting with many of you.

Cheers!
