keep the fat and get the 3000 that way if you want you can play multiplayer games with someone that doesnt have a psp you wont get much for the fat any way. The new updates are slowly fading out the fat and soon will not support it so you will be forced to down the line anyway. With the new 3000 I expect to see a surge of games coming with the new popularity and it is basically the same price as the 2000 so I would go 3000.
It took me a while to find out the exact info but with 5.0 you can now play PS1 games in interlace mode using the composite cable, 3 plug, rather than the 5 plug component cable. In order to play the psp (non ps1) games on the tv you still need a component cable in progressive mode.

now that that is said I feel that if bose speant as much money as they do advertiseing ad put that to developing more and better products, and at differn't quality lvls, aka their headphones didn't cost as much as a monthly morgage payment, bose would be a better company for it, and produce better products. IMO
however what they produce now is nice.
I agree with you on the prices. I wasnt trying to support them just giving my idea.
I have my psp most places I go, in the car, disneyland, restaraunt, friends, parents house, other parents house, bar waiting for my friend since I dont drink any more, drive thru, plane, airport, toilet, all over my house, at the inlaws, knotts berry farm. just to name a few.
Any bundle that comes with the stick are the best. Daxter is a great game to start with and it comes with family guy umd which is always a plus. sword games I would go with the untold legends set there are two the first is brotherhood of the blade, both are good the second has online play, god of war chains of olympus is an awesome game you have to get, socom fireteam bravo 2 is also really good. That a good set to get you started.
FTB2 is great for online but I stay away now since alot of people have been hacking it and can compromise your psp which has happened to mine luckily it only crashed. Also there is only a us version they dont sell it over seas.
