I have a 2nd generation ipod and I got a one-year warranty with it. Just recently it stopped working for some reason. I also noticed that they don't make 2nd generations any more, only 3rd. What will happen if I use my warranty? Will I get a 3rd generation?

Ya it's been about 5 days since I sent my xbox in. It's really hard having Halo 3 in a nice shiny tin sitting on my dresser and not being able to play it...

Recently my 360 got the 3 red lights so I called support and they sent me a box to ship it back in. You can also check the repair status of your xbox, like "recieved device at service center". So I was wondering what all the statuses were? All the stages of repair that it updates you with.
