i was googling world wide console sales and game ratings when i came across this. a gay gamers web site. now this is no rant about gays so **** off if your homophobic. what did make laugh was this article on the gayest game characters

graphics do matter, people stop deluding yourselves. all the old games that people mention they still play were cutting edge back then and i garuantee they all would have been praising the graphics back then, so why do so many people get on their high horse when it comes to modern graphics? we now have huge worlds to explore, great ai, immersive game experience and something incredible to look at. there will always be bad games regardless of graphics, just like there was plenty of bad games in the past.

i've used this example before, but take LOTR movies if they had been made in the 70's or 80's the sfx would have been crap, the story would still have been great, but with modern cgi the experience is much much better. just like a modern game, the visuals enhance and compliment it.
