for ages people have bleated on about this stupid hardcore/casual gaming bollocks

and frankly i am getting fed up with it

i have been gaming for over 20 years, i think thats pretty hardcore and been a nintendo head for most of that. people who have slagged off nintendo for opening up the whole gaming experience should stop acting like their secret little boys club has been infiltrated. nintendo should be applauded and the whole ethos of pick up and play has meant i can still play games.

some of us work full time, have families, girlfriends etc...

when you get to my age, the majority of 'hardcore gamers' are usually overweight **** who would pass out at the mere suggestion of a female and work in certain game(station) shops or forbidden planet. younger gamers have time on their side and more power to them, but dont get all arsey just because women or older people are enjoying themselves and that some people play games part time

gaming is not some eosoteric inner circle. one day many of you will get to stage in your life when you will think like me and when you have children, will praise nintendo, so just for the record in the next gen war, nintendo has already won

sega re register dreamcast name

nintendo announce a wii hard drive early 08 (even though they have flatly denied it)

around summer 08, us lucky people are playing dreamcast games on vc and saving them on a gleaming white wii hard drive

sega knows where the money is at my friends

on another note

wii has been amazing at attracting new gamers to nintendo and for some it may even be their first nintendo console, so i just want tomake a heart felt plea to those people and say, go out and buy as many gamecube games as you can!then the world will finally see what an amazing machine it was and experience some of the genuine classics of gaming

so start with eternal darkness

anyone else got gamecube suggestions for new nintendo heads?

and one more thing, i'd love to see MSX, commodore 64 games on the VC

apparentley there is a hint of a new 2D metroid somewhere in MP3, anyone know where it is? played through twice and either haven't seen it or it's too obscure.
