Well poop. I have a Quantum Break console sitting in my cart now ready to pull the trigger. I've wanted to play Sunset Overdrive for a long time now. And I don't know if I can wait til late next year to play the upcoming Gears of War. Playing Halo 5, Dead Rising, State of Decay are of interest but less so, not sure I will have time to anyways come this Fall. I still think ROtTR is coming to PS4 this winter. And I'm not planning on building a new PC any time soon. Oh man I should just pull the trigger, it's a good deal, the $50 gift card would basically get me a year subscription, the freebie is a racing game not sure I will play much, but QB I want to play as AW fan.
You know if I find an offer on the quantum break edition that throws in a free controller then I would prob pull the trigger and get one. So far Sunset Overdrive, Quantum Overdrive and I think that's it are the only titles I really want to play and can't on my 5 year old ASUS ROG laptop or PS4.
It sucks this is 3 days before DOOM 4 is released...granted completely different game for an absolutely different itch. I wonder how many release-day sales D4 will lose as a result?
I might end putting off a purchase of D4 for 2 or 3 weeks as I will be wanting to devote all my time to playing U4. And usually when that happens with a couple new games released at same time I don't expect to pay full retail $60 for the latter weeks later, and will wait for a price drop as a result.
