actually there is an easier way than just jumping like crazy. get up on one of the railings of that balcony then try to run up the wall. as you run up the wall use the wall to push off and jump to the side to grab that perch area. hopefully i explained that correctly. you rarely ever have to use that technique which is too bad because i actually think it really adds to the free running.

judging from what ive seen in videos and previews i think this game will get a high 8. looks like the fixed the repetition and tried to inject more variety but i have a feeling this game will be very easy. i also worry from the videos that their will be a lot of pop in and screen tearing that will bring the score down.

uncharted 2 and demon souls are both incredible hard to put down. i was cruising along in demon souls and switched to uncharted 2 when it came out. beat uncharted 2 played some multiplayer and tonight i think im going back to demon souls but it wont be easy i may switch on uncharted 2 and have another go at it.

yea to co-op demon souls it would take some good planning and probably a bit of luck. too much of a hassle most likely but then again ive never tried to co-op with someone specific before.

army of two is an excellent choice though. I thought that game was underrated. I thought it did co-op really well.

[QUOTE="TheTenth10"][QUOTE="Force360"]

but the more you level up your starts, the harder it becomes

FenderTrio

so when you level up the mobs become stronger? I don't get why developers do that ... if you level up it's to become stronger, not to have stronger enemies ...

Can't make it TOOO easy :-) I am a guy who HATES RPG's but I like a GREAT Medieval times game and this one ... is TOP NOTCH! and it's 3rd person! I hate 1st person games ...

thank you! i dont hate 1st person but 3rd person is infinitly better in a hand to hand combat oriented game. i could not get into oblivion because of the first person perspective. (and i just couldnt bring myself to watch the character glide pathetically around the screen in 3rd person.) if oblivion had the gameplay mechanics of demon's souls it would be an awesome game.

stop playing the game so much! if you already have every trophy you need to go outside and get some fresh air then maybe you can refocus and beat him.

ive had two. the first was a gun in the wrong hand. i was leaning against cover he had his right hand up like he was holding a gun with finger on trigger but no gun. the gun was in his left hand down at his side. kinda funny but it fixed as soon as i pulled away from the cover. i also died opening the door on the train with the chopper. thought i just got shot i was pretty low on healthy when i opened the door. but maybe it was just a glitch. other than that ive been fine. (had a glitch in multiplayer beta where i jumped down to try and save a downed friend (co-op) got stuck on top of the friend in front of a ladder with drake looking like he was trying to climb the ladder.

yes and no. so far (im not finished but im very far) its mostly a stand alone story. there are some little things that go back to the first but nothing important. it would be nice to understand the relationships of the three returning characters from the first game but its not necessary youll pick up on most of it pretty quickly anyways.

on a side note it wouldnt kill you to rent the original. you could plow through it in a day or two no problem. probably worth it since its a good game in its own right and it just adds to the greatness of the second one.
