Saved games are account-locked on modern consoles - so even if you could save it to your USB (which is possible) your other account won't let you use the saved game. They'd need to be the SAME Xbox Live account for it to work as you want.
I am not meaning to sound like I am throwing rocks. The mods have a hard job, but I am just suggesting something that might stem the tide of it a little. Another forum I participate in, for model trains, has this rule. Every post is moderated until you reach 15 or 20 (I think its a random threshold) and you can only reply to other people's posts - can't create threads and you can't use the buy/sell section until you become a full-fledged member. It really cuts down on the riff-raff.
How about making new members unable to create threads in any of the forums? Sure, they can reply, and vote, but no new threads until they reach something like 25 or 30 posts; that way, they are very likely not spam bots. Any upheld flagging of their posts resets their 'purgatory count'.
Something has to be done, the Mobile forum is basically moderation-free and its getting pretty bad out there.
Sadly, you are just stuck using it - unless you have an alternate weapon to use in the meantime. Weapon condition is one of those big piss-me-offs about Witcher 3 that makes me want to take it down a notch in the rating for that alone.
