What program can I open the Meshes with?

So I can unpack it with winzip, am I correct, because that is what I own?

Okay, Ireally need help downloading the stalker mod for the game men of war. It is the first modI am going to download for men of war and I need a step by step tutorial of what to do from the moment I download it to the timeI am able to use it. I mean everythingI have to do. This is also one of the first mods I have actually tried to download.

P.S. I know this a stupid noobish reqeust but I am really not good at stuff like this.

I've got a few questions about steam.

1. WhenI purchase a game off it, if I ever have to do a system recovery on my laptop, will I be able to get the game back?

2. I've heard that withe steam it is esayer to download mods, is this true?

3. Is it better than just buying the game?

Im using the elder scrolls construction set in oblivion and would like to know where do I get the NIF Files from? Whenever i create a new object off the origonal, the NIF file deletes and I do not know how to get it back. Can someone please help?

A couple questions, is Winrar free, because I know Winzip is not, and what files do i put the mod into?

Note: For Oblivion, a specific mod I want is the Imperial Legion mod, the one that lets join the Legion and add a quest line for it.
