[QUOTE="hartsickdiscipl"][QUOTE="rawsavon"] The Vikes have had a terrible offseason. Look at all they lost. McNabb is bottom tier at this point in his career and has no one to throw the ball to (especially if Harvin's head hurts) The new NFL game is about accuracy...McNabb lacks that (badly). Everyone wondered why the Eagles would trade him in division where they would have to play him twice a year. The reason is that is just not that good anymore (b/c of age, being fat and out of shape, and the changing of the NFL landscape)DroidPhysX
You're out of your mind to call McNabb "bottom tier." The guy is what.. a 6-time pro-bowler? He's a surefire Hall of Famer, and was in the pro bowl as recently as 2009. He will thrive in an offense that actually runs the ball. Plus he'll be in a dome playing on turf, which harkens back to his days at Syracuse. His accuracy isn't the best, but it's been suspiciously better when he's had decent receivers throughout his career. If the Vikes pick up James Jones or another good receiver, watch out. Minnesota could be a Super Bowl contender. Donovan will light that place up if they protect him decently. He still has the instincts and a cannon for an arm.
Surefire Hall of Famer? :? I'm not so sure. He hasn't exactly surpassed any records or excelled in the playoffs. 5 NFC Championships and a Super Bowl appearance is nothing to sneeze at in terms of playoff performance.
