Even though I really think the article was very well written, please stop romanticizing this failure.

@sladakrobot: it's insane how people are overlooking this part of Phil's statement (how those games were going to be permanently exclusive to Playstation).

The comments in this article made before mine (at the time of this writing) are pathetic. You dummies forgot that before microtransactions existed, things like cosmetics or outfits or skins or etc were already part of a base game? They came with the 60 dollar package you paid upfront when you acquired a game.

Thank you for proving the point of the article: "Today, Diablo's skins are 10 times that price, and many players just accept it as a normal part of AAA gaming." God dammit!

You have to be very salty or negative if you think this was a bad showcase... come on guys, flame wars are so 2010. This was a great showcase, even if some of the shown games will be coming to Playstation as well. Come on!
