you need to ask someone at best buy, preferrably one of the geek squad guys. our hdtv wasn't calibrating correctly so we just wen there and they came to our house and fixed it, it was like $20
if you sold it to gamestop, you would probably end up owing them about $12, that's how little trade in value is :/
well when you played Viking it probably destroyed the sytem out of pure sukiness of a game, but other than that it sounds like the 306's problem
