@kracez: I don't play Mercy that much, I find Lucio to be more effective for me. I didn't make any comments about specific characters, just the process of balancing. I don't find Genji to be that much of a nuisance overall. If you want me to weigh in on what I think needs changing:
Roadhog's hook range needs a nerf.
Torbjorn's recharge timer for a turret should start when his turret is destroyed, not as soon as he places one, otherwise a turret you just destroyed is immediately replaced.

@Kezzy123: Balance is more of an ongoing process, they're looking at the statistics and listening to the feedback. Changes have been made to some characters, and there will likely be more.
