Oh yeah, sorry about that. Yep, its pretty much a slide show. Ironic, because the integrated would run them smoothly (granted, on low settings, but I can live with that).
I'm in a nice pickle here. I just recently bought an X1300 Radeon VisionTek card, 256 mb, PCI (no -e, I know, but I'm cheap). I installed all the drivers and such, and it seems to be working great for some fps games (Doom 3, UT2004, etc.), but for my passion - rts games - it fails justly. And the weird thing is, with my integrated card, I was able to play Rome: Total War, Dawn of War, and some others I have, and I wasnt able to play the fps'.
So do any of you know what/where the problem could be? I have: P4 3.0ghz HT 1024mb ram 240gig hd NO internet access, so the problem is not a virus or anything.
Does the card just have a problem with wide open spaces or what?
